Meet the Coaches
Claudia Gasson MSc
Founder and CEO
Claudia Gasson built Waddyado after building something else first. Over 12 years in recruitment, she founded and ran Ortus Talent, a search firm that placed professionals across 20+ countries. Growth came fast, and so did the weight of running a team.
What changed the trajectory of the business wasn't a new process or another hire. It was working with a leadership coach. Coaching sharpened her decision-making, gave her language for what she'd been doing on instinct, and made her a better leader for the team who depended on her. The business went on to place over £1m in fees, and Claudia became convinced that coaching, done properly, is one of the highest-leverage investments a leader can make.
That conviction sent her back to study. She completed an MSc in Organisational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, to understand the mechanics behind what she'd experienced: why some coaching transforms a leader and some barely moves the needle. She built Waddyado to bring that same rigour, evidence-based and psychology-led, to other leaders and organisations.
